Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. However, as a UK-based company, we currently offer free shipping only to UK customers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we aim to process orders quickly, please request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. Requests made after this time cannot be fulfilled, but you can return the item for a full refund once it’s received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are managed and shipped from our warehouse facility. We process orders between Monday and Friday, and they will be shipped the day after processing. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the order date. Note that we don’t ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For all UK orders, you can expect delivery within 1-2 days after shipping. For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on your region, but you should receive your order no later than 7 days from the shipping date. We’ll keep you updated at every step along the way.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you don’t receive your order within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices on our site are tax-free in GBP for UK customers. For international orders, import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may apply once the order arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. We aren’t responsible for delays caused by customs.
