If you've been using your DOUSE H8 consistently for 60 days and you're not feeling the benefit, get in touch with us at info@dousewater.co.uk and we'll work with you to make it right. Every person's body responds differently, so we review each case individually to find the fairest outcome — whether that's guidance on getting more from your bottle, an extended trial period, a partial refund, or a full refund.
We designed this guarantee for people who genuinely commit to using the DOUSE H8 as part of their daily routine. Consistent, daily use is key — molecular hydrogen works at a cellular level, and the benefits build over time.

- Let us know how you've been using your DOUSE H8 (how often, how long per cycle, etc.)
- Our team will review your case and respond within 48 hours with a resolution
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your DOUSE H8 arrives damaged, defective, or you've received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@dousewater.co.uk and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you. Faulty items are covered under our 12-month warranty.
UK Consumer Rights
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy. If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. Faults discovered after 30 days but within 6 months are presumed to have been present at delivery, and we will offer a repair or replacement.
EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you're based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. This is in addition to our 60-Day Inflammation Reset Guarantee.
Refunds
All approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at info@dousewater.co.uk.

If you'd like to exchange your item, the quickest way is to return it under the relevant policy above and place a new order.
